Crepes (Palačinky)


250 ml milk

140 gm flour

2 eggs

Vanilla sugar

Salt

 

Mix until batter smooth, let rest for ½ hour. Fry pancakes in little oil on both sides, making them as thin as possible.

 

Top with fresh fruit, preserves, yogurt, nutella, sugar with cinnamon, etc. Fold or roll! Good appetite!
