Chocolate Sour Cherry Bundt

 
 

1/4 lb butter

6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips

24 oz. canned sour cherries, drained

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup flour

4 eggs

2 tsp baking powder

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave.

Add sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs and mix well with blender.

With spatula, fold in cherries.

Pour mixture into bundt cake or rectangular dish, that has been buttered and coated with flour.

Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 35-40) minutes.

Let Cool.

Dust with powdered sugar!
