3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons oil
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
1-2 bunches finely chopped dill
Make rue using butter, oil and flour. Add 1/2 of dill and broth and continue to cook until mixture is smooth. Finally add whipping cream.
Adjust taste using salt, sugar and vinegar. Add the rest of the dill.
Serve with dumplings, potatoes or pasta.
