Lemon Poppyseed Cake
LEMON POPPYSEED CAKE
1 cup whole poppy seeds
2 cups Vondra flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup oil
3 eggs
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, little lemon juice
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl, combine contents of both bowls.
Bake at 350 deg F
Mix powdered sugar with enough lemon juice to make thin paste. Spread on top of the cake.
Let cool!
