3 cups Vondra flour

2 tablespoons sugar

¼ teaspoons salt

1¼ cup milk

1 tablespoons melted butter or oil

1 egg

3 teaspoons dried yeast


Dissolve yeast in little of milk with sugar. Once it becomes foamy add the rest of the ingredients and make a soft dough ball. Let rise for a few hours. Divide into about golf sized balls. Flatten the balls and pull edges to make about a hamburger sized patties. Allow to rest then fry in a pan or a fryer.


Top with any jam, cooked apple mixture, yogurt, sour cream, whipped cream. Serve immediately.
